We had a great day today.
Julia went the entire day off oxygen (yay!).
She also is eating so much better; no supplemental feeds were needed today.
The plan at this point is for a lumbar puncture in the next day or so to make sure there is no evidence of infection around the brain. If not, then probably 6 more days of IV antibiotics.
We appreciate all of the thoughts, prayers and well-wishes.
Also, as Julia is feeling better, we are beginning to see little pieces of her personality. She is very sweet, but she has a temper (can't imagine where that could have come from).
She enjoys hanging out with Dad,
but is beginning to realize who has the food.

We hope to keep on having good days. Won't really be comfortable until we are home and a few months down the road.
